Spring is in the Air!

Hello Everyone!

It's been too long since I've done a good haul, so today's post will be a huge collection of my recent purchases!

First, I'll start with clothing that I purchased this past Friday on a great shopping trip!

From left to right:

     Old Navy chambray shirt   $29.94

       The Limited teal blouse      $17.00

      Gap printed cardigan         $24.99

Two sets of earrings from TJMaxx

I wore the teal blouse from The Limited on St. Patrick's day and I absolutely love it! It may not be easy to find because I got in on sale, but I'm sure similar shirts should be available.

The printed cardigan from the Gap runs a little large, so I wish I would have tried it on and sized down. Once I get something home though, it's very hard for me to return it! I plan on wearing it with a cute cami underneath with leggings.

The blue chambray shirt from Old Navy is a typical button down shirt. I wore it half tucked in and it looked really cute! I highly recommend everyone having at least one chambray shirt in their closet!

I apologize for the quality of this picture, my lighting was awful!

Gap polka dot blouse    $24.94

New York and Company yellow blouse

IZOD pink military style button down  $40

NY and Company cream blouse

Jewelry: NY and Company  Buy one get one 75% off!

Clutch: TJ Maxx  $19.99

I cannot recall the prices of the yellow blouse or the cream blouse from NY and Company, but I do know it was buy one, get one half off. For St Patrick's day they were also having a $50 off $100 promotion, so I got three blouses (one not pictured), 2 necklaces, 1 pair of earrings, and 1 bracelet for a little over $50! I was more than excited! I suppose these pictures also prove my new obsession with cute button down blouses!

Besides my clothing purchases, I've also purchased some new beauty products.

I've wanted to try some ELF products and finally decided to try a few of
their products! I purchased all three items from Wal-Mart.

ELF Bronzing Brush                                  $1

ELF Blush in Candid Coral                      $3

ELF Contouring Blush and Bronzer     $3

First, the bronzing brush is definitely not my favorite. The bristles are not
very soft and it seems poorly made. I guess I can't complain because it only cost a $1. I think I'll keep using my Sephora brush instead.

On the other hand, I love the ELF coral blush! It's such a nice color and gives me a great hint of pink for this spring!

With some work, the contouring blush and bronzer is also a good product. The bronzer goes on a little dark, but with a great deal of blending it can give a nice contour.

My last purchase that I'll share today was three Essie nail polishes.

Essie has such a great product in their polishes and I love each color! The first color is "Sand Tropez" which goes on as a great neutral and I love it! The second color is "Cute as a Button" and will be a great bright pink for spring/summer. The last Essie color is "Not Just a Pretty Face" and even though I'm not a huge fan of light pinks, I think this will also be a great neutral.

What purchases did you guys make this weekend? With the beautiful weather we've been experiencing it's a great time to start adding to the spring/summer wardrobe!

Have a good day everyone!

Feel free to leave comments:)
